Terms of Service

1. What we provide

The Boring Education provides online lessons, practice questions, assessments and an automated study guide for FSc students following the Punjab board syllabus, in English, Urdu and Roman Urdu. Some lessons are free previews; the rest need a paid plan. New subjects and topics are added over time, and we may change or improve features.

2. Your account

• One account per person. Don't share your account or sell access to it.
• Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give accurate information in the questionnaire so your lessons fit you.
• If you are under 13, a parent or guardian should create and look after your account. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian before paying.

3. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are paid once for one year of access to that year's content. Nothing renews automatically. You pay by bank or wallet transfer to the account shown at checkout; your plan opens once the payment is confirmed. Prices are shown on the site before you pay.

Refunds: payments are final and non-refundable, except when (a) you paid twice or sent more than the amount shown — we return the extra; (b) we could not open your plan within 7 days of a confirmed payment — we refund in full; or (c) the law requires a refund. Refunds go back to the account you paid from, within 14 days. Email kaleemullahkalyar@gmail.com with your payment reference.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• copy, resell or republish our lessons, questions or explanations;
• upload fake receipts or try to get access without paying;
• use the tutor to cheat in an exam, or ask it for harmful, offensive or inappropriate content;
• try to break, overload, scrape or hack the site.

5. The study guide can make mistakes

The subject guides are characters our team created; their replies, and some explanations and questions, are produced or assisted by software. We check our lessons and review guide answers regularly, but automated answers can still be wrong. Your textbook and your teachers remain the final authority for your board exams. If something looks wrong, tell us — it helps every student.

6. Who owns what

The Boring Education name, logo, design, lessons, questions, explanations and software belong to us. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own study. Textbook material belongs to its publishers. What you write — your answers and questions — stays yours; you let us use it to run and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing kaleemullahkalyar@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example for fake payments or abuse. If we close the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice.

8. Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to make the service accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, or guarantee any exam result. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts at Lahore, Pakistan. We would always rather solve problems by talking first — please email us.

10. Changes and contact
